Private Sessions

Anna offers two types of private sessions. She will work with you to find the best option for you, whether it's a singular approach or a mixture of both. 

 

1:1 Cuddle Sessions - allowing deep relaxation and connection through presence, embodiment, attention to breathing and platonic cuddling.

Nurturing Touch Therapy - a unique innovative approach to healing that incorporates platonic touch, developed by Anna as an alternative to traditional therapy. Clients experience deeper relaxation and self love through touch whilst they explore challenges. She offers healing around common issues including improving confidence and self worth, boundary setting, gaining greater connection to emotions, reducing anxiety, becoming more embodied, letting go of fears around touch and healing from past experiences. It could also be as simple as experiencing being heard for whatever one wants to share in an unconditionally loving environment. These sessions are strictly platonic (non-sexual) and are very safely held.

A note from Anna as a

Touch Therapist​​

My passion and my life's work has been cuddling!

I have been running Cuddle Workshops to groups of adults in London for nearly 15 years, and have offered 1:1 cuddle sessions and therapeutic nurturing touch sessions for over 11 years. I believe I was the first in the UK to offer cuddle sessions and workshops, or certainly one of the first. My sessions are strictly platonic, meaning no romantic or sexual activities are involved.

I am happy to offer pure cuddling, talking and connecting, compassionate listening (I am about to complete my Diploma in Counselling, and am a student member of the BACP), unconditional positive regard, embodied meditation and, if wanted, deeper therapeutic exploration to heal challenges using talking and touch as a modality.

I am gentle, compassionate, warm, kind and loving.

My hobbies include partner dancing, cooking and cuddling (yes in my spare time too!).

I host in North London, N12, a short walk from the Northern Line tube and there is free parking nearby.





What can you expect during a cuddle session?

The sessions are personalised and unique to you, can can involve a short relaxation activity and a chat to discuss boundaries, preferences, and needs. Our cuddling is tailored to your comfort level at a pace that works best for you. I can make suggestions for how we cuddle if that's helpful. We can listen to music, enjoy some silence, or talk during the session. We can also discuss any specific goals you have for the session before we meet if you prefer. If you'd like a healing element to your session through counselling skills and/or other therapeutic options I'd be happy to offer this. You can let me know ahead of time or during the session.

Please note that I am not a fully trained counsellor yet and cannot provide professional help for any significant mental or emotional distress you may be experiencing. I am trauma informed, not trauma trained. While cuddling can be therapeutic, it is not a substitute for proper medical treatment.
